The Objective
We were appointed by Loomis to deliver their Global HR Summit bringing together their HR Directors from all over the Globe for the annual event being hosted by the UK.
With a variety of languages, time zones & return flights to manage, we built a registration website to communicate all the event requirements & to capture the travel needs of each delegate to ensure getting to the event was as seamless as it needed to be.
Once in the UK the event needed to deliver a traditional UK experience from the Hotel in the heart of the countryside, a dinner cruise on the River Thames, gifts from Fortnum & Masons a visit to a local branch.
The End Result
With 50 delegates from across the global, a 4 day conference, 3 offsite dinners & transfers for each guest the event was so successful we were also asked to deliver the Global IT Summit & the Global Finance Summit throughout the remainder of 2022.
For 2023, we have been asked to work with the next host to delivery each of these Global events this in their country.
