Outdoor Events

Our outdoor events are a great way to refresh team bonds and replenish creativity. We organise team building exercises that take into account social distancing and hygiene in the Covid-19 era. Our events are fully bespoke, enabling you to tackle a particular work challenge through a series of structured training and information sharing sessions.

We take care of all the planning and logistics, liaising with you and our recommended suppliers on all the elements, including food, drink and entertainment. We will supply presentation equipment and a PA system (if required) and of course everyone’s health and safety will be paramount.  From Family Fundays to team building awaydays, we’ll work with you to create something memorable, exciting and safe that delivers your communication goals.

Virtual Events

Through our technology and other partners, your event can now be staged purely online or as part of a hybrid physical and virtual gathering. We will help with logistics and planning, invitations and registration, pre-event marketing and teaser campaigns, as well as provide after-event feedback benchmarked against your KPIs.

The Gamebrain App

We supply Gamebrain, an app that delivers specially tailored learning content about your company’s products and services to employees in the form of fun, bite-sized online games and quizzes.

Using Gamebrain, you can test how effectively your training regime is working, making adjustments as necessary if gaps in knowledge are revealed. It also reinforces a ‘learning culture’ which drives up your overall standards and efficiency.

By selling the right products and services to customers, Gamebrain reduces your admin time on wasteful returns and customer refunds, and improves your stock control and the quality of customer data.

Delegate Management

We manage and respond to all questions raised via the registration process, manage attendee numbers to minimise cancellation charges, chase responses from late registrations, provide clear and accurate reporting prior to and during the life of the event.

Venue sourcing, site inspections, food tastings, project meetings, risk assessments, managements of timeframes and key milestones with all suppliers, budget, cashflow and contract management.

Transport Management

We arrange and book flights, ground transportation, airport meet-and-greets, VIP transfers, shuttle services between venues, HSSE regulations with all drivers.

Onsite Event Management

We oversee the logistical running of the event ensuring all suppliers deliver their key objectives, manage rooming lists, offsite venues, risk assessments, complete pre-event briefings as well as post event debriefs and onsite budget reconciliations.

Health and Safety

In response to the coronavirus we have ensured our popular business to business, business to consumer and other events comply with the latest health and safety advice.

With people’s health at the forefront of our minds we provide comprehensive pre-event risk assessments and up to date advice to ensure events take place safely.

At physical events, we will advise on venue preparation, ventilation, seating, people ‘traffic flow,’ communication with attendees, the serving of food and drink, data management and registration of attendees and after event contact tracing to ensure your event is fully compliant with coronavirus safety. We can also supply face masks, signage, hand sanitisers and sanitising stations all bearing your logo and branding.
