The Objective
We were appointed by Vodafone Business to support on multiple projects at Goodwood which saw delivery of Festival of Speed as well as Revival. An opportunity for Sales Managers to meet & host their customers over several days, it was key the experience was one the customers would want to come to.
Goodwood is home to many companies wanting to achieve the same outcome, so we needed a programme was designed like no other and that Vodafone Business was a brand that stood out on the day.
The End Result
Festival of Speed if 4 fun filled days of hosting with some customers enjoying a private experience in the Card Room of Goodwood House, other guests in the Hospitality Suite and General Admission there were multiple experiences to pull together.
Revival runs for 2 days & is a step back in time with vintage costumes & vintage cars but the experience & attention to detail is unchanged.
Working closely with the Sponsorship & Events team, clear R&R’s were key to ensure every last detail was covered included private transfers for the VVIPs, branded merchandise for each guest, branding in all of the suites & menus that kept the guests fed and watered throughout. Private experiences such as driving experiences, paddock & house tours made each day that little bit more exclusive to Vodafone Business customers.
