The Objective
We were appointed by CAMSS World, an event facilitating company for IT business leaders who deliver events in Canada and the UK, to deliver an end-to-end event management solution for their UK event.
From initial conversations with the client, the requirement for additional marketing support to help raise the profile of CAMSS World became apparent. Leaning on our relationships within the industry, we introduced Capella Synergy as a strategic partner to deliver a digital marketing solution to support in raising the brand profile and together would work collaboratively to maximise the onsite social media engagement.
Due to the nature and level of the attendees expected, professionalism throughout the entire process was key.
The End Result
With 100+ delegates and a packed agenda split into panel sessions, roundtable discussions and boardroom briefings, the ease of movement of delegates between rooms with precise timing was crucial.
Due to the nature of the venue, the production team was challenged with the set-up of the staging area. Knowing there could be a potential issue with set-up time, we negotiated access to the venue the evening prior, free of charge, which allowed more time for installation.
