The Objective

We were appointed by Loomis to create a weekend to celebrate & reward their Long Service employees. Having devoted 20 + years to Loomis this annual weekend gives the employees time with the Senior Leadership Team as well as a programme they create with experiences to enjoy with a plus one of their choice.

The End Result

This year took us to the Sir Christopher Wren in Windsor starting the weekend with a welcome dinner with the SLT. The rest of the weekend was spent at leisure enjoying a river cruise, horse & carriage rides, Castel tours, Afternoon Tea & a dinner of their choice within Windsor.

Working closely with the team within Loomis we were able to send personal invites to each person invited to join the weekend, understand their personal preferences for the weekend & build a unique experience to celebrate them.
