The Objective
The Access Group have grown rapidly for the 6 years we’ve worked with them so when delivering this event back in 2018 it was very feasible to get their circa 850 employees to a UK venue and run an in person annual company update.
Fast forward to 2022 and with almost 5,000 employees globally we needed a different approach to keep up with this fast pace & ensure the event was future proofed for years to come.
The End Result
Running a live event in the UK, Romania, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth we worked over multiple time zones to deliver this as a hybrid experiences into New Zealand, Singapore, KL, Vietnam & across Europe.
Speakers in each location worked through the night to ensure they were able to run live feeds into each country so employees would hear the key updates first hand rather than having a pre recorded or 2nd class experience.
The comms plan, the event registration, the branding look & feel all needed to showcase The Access Group as the largest UK based Software company with a global workforce.
Keynote speakers saw Karren Brady & Katie Piper deliver inspiring content while Joe Wicks spoke of his experiences & then delivered a live PT session. With over 45 hours of content to deliver across 4 days on an almost 24-hour a day basis we needed to make sure each member of the team was clear on their role & fully supported to ensure excellence was delivered.
